Ryskless Talks:

What is the purpose of LinkedIn? I first started on here thinking this was a great way to connect with companies, people, and learn for free.

I built up a profile like a resume (per instruction), but we still have to turn in a resume (with a link to our (LinkedIn)), fill out the company's personal application, but first go through this recruitment agency that will send you to their contractor, who will translate your resume into something they want to hear, and remember when you show up to the actual interview six (6) months later make sure you remember.......make them believe you.

How do you define redundant? I've learned a lot about companies from LinkedIn, basically pictures of words of who builds the biggest building and can give away the most money while golfing and smoking cigars (not all). Yes, I get it, you're donating so someone else can make the actual difference you speak of and save on taxes. Oh, unrealistic hiring ads, please follow the redundant system to apply, but click here to start. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good golf game, cigar, and tall glass of, well water for a great selfless cause. We don't want to see that weekly while we're laying rebar, concrete, steel, painting etc. #wearebuilding all day.

Foundations can mean a lot of things to society I've learned. What happened to completing your mission with values you've set. Values are very apparent on social media for the new cupids (the youngsters coming up). They will either see them (pictures and words) or not. Once they get passed the Cupid's recruitment disneyland Shuffle, you will either be a massive disappointment (#brands), or they will never want to leave. (Listen while you read, it helps with the senses, cupid shuffle)

My favorite interview question and answer: Why do you want to work here? Well, I read your website, and it states, "we don't just talk the walk, we walk the talk." Favorite company I've worked at.
