Dmitry Stott, CSP

Dmitry was raised in the rural area of Indiana, where he grew up learning firsthand the value and art of construction activities and the health and safety of people. Whether it’s a new construction or renovation project his analytical and innovative approach allowed him to complete projects getting the most value out of the resources allocated. His passion towards the environment, health, and safety of people was sparked during his eight-year tenure as a community volunteer firefighter where he had the opportunity to receive invaluable experience and education.

Dmitry's passion and enthusiasm has driven him to achieve degrees in safety management from ISU and business administration from Ivy Tech. His dedication has earned him the esteemed designation of a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). His commitment has allowed him to actively contribute to the board of ANSI, volunteer with ASME which has positioned him as an expert trainer in a diverse range of subjects.

With an extensive background spanning over eight years in safety management, he has successfully overseen health and safety program management for contractors, general contractors (GCs), construction managers (CMs), and owners. His experience ranges from handling straightforward million-dollar renovation projects to orchestrating complex, multifaceted ventures valued at up to 7 billion dollars. This diverse exposure across various market sectors has broadened his expertise and perspective.

Dmitry is adept at fostering relationships and building trust effortlessly across all organizational levels. Leveraging his sharply focused analytical approach, he adapts seamlessly to various situations, effectively mitigating risks. With a constant focus on value, Dmitry consistently conducts proactive research to explore innovative solutions, aiding organizations in staying ahead and maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
